Waiver of Liability (Replica Firearms – Air soft Guns & Accessories)
In order to purchase any replica firearm (airsoft gun) from 21st Century Airsoft, you must be 18 years of age or older. In order to complete your order, we must have this online form completed and submitted by you to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. Under no circumstance can we sell to minors. This waiver is for insurance purposes only. By completing this waiver you state that you are at least 18 years old and that we are not responsible or liable for your actions with the replica once you have it in your possession. If you are under 18 and have your parents' permission, they will have to fill out and submit this waiver. By filling in your information and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you are 18 and have read this form in its entirety agree to the terms listed.
I, ___________________________ (enter full legal name in box) the purchaser of any products from 21st Century Airsoft hereby state that I have read and understand all the warranties, warnings and liabilities of the products offered by 21st Century Airsoft and do not hold 21st Century Airsoft or any affiliates responsible for any and all legal actions. I am 18 years of age or older and aware of any local/state laws governing the use and ownership of the products and that there are no laws that do not allow me to own/purchase these products herein. I understand that removing any warning stickers, paint or markings made to comply with Federal law is prohibited and will void all warranties. For electric automatic airsoft guns, the warranty is void if guns are used with anything less than 0.20g bb's or non-Japanese or Airsoft Elite brand bb's. Also, I understand Federal Law states that the use of a look-a-like or toy firearm in any crime carries the full ramifications of a real firearm or weapon. I understand that 21st Century Airsoft carries a limited 30-day warranty for any manufacturer defects. Furthermore, I understand that any alterations or modification to the gun in anyway voids the warranty. If I am not satisfied with any products from 21st Century Airsoft, I may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive full purchase price minus 15% restocking and shipping costs. I understand in order to receive a refund for any products I am not satisfied with, the product must be returned in it's original state, with original boxes/packaging, manuals (if applicable) and unused to 21st Century Airsoft. I hereby state that all questions have been answered to the best of my knowledge and I hold 21st Century Airsoft and its agents harmless of any and all legal actions arising from my purchase from 21st Century Airsoft.
